As we close out 2025, we want to thank each of you for the dedication, resilience, and heart you brought to our work this year.

We had so much to celebrate, including Premium Care USA turning 10 years old on March 10, 2025. This milestone reflects a decade of commitment to caring for others and supporting our communities.

This year also brought strong growth across the organization. We saw continued progress in our Maryland branch, expansion in our VA CCN services, and exciting momentum with our BPO team in the Philippines. We also welcomed new team members who brought fresh energy and strengthened our mission.

Through the small wins, major breakthroughs, and even the challenges and hard lessons along the way, we kept moving forward together. Every effort mattered, and every step helped build the foundation for what comes next.

Thank you for making 2025 a year we can be proud of. We welcome 2026 with excitement, hope, and gratitude, and we are wishing each of you and your families a more successful, blessings filled future in the year ahead.

Congratulations to Hazel Dichoso, RN, BSN, CDP!

We are thrilled to share that Hazel Dichoso, Director of Nursing at Premium Care USA, has been recognized by the Virginia Nurses Foundation as a Trailblazer Honoree in the Nurse Manager/Director category for the 2025 Leadership Excellence Awards.

Hazel earned this prestigious recognition for her outstanding dedication to creating person-centered care. Through her tireless work in developing standard operating procedures, care plans, workflows, and processes, she has significantly enhanced the quality and consistency of care for the individuals we serve.

Premium Care USA is incredibly proud of Hazel and her achievements, which truly reflect her commitment to leadership, excellence, and compassionate care.

The formal ceremony will take place at the Renaissance Portsmouth-Norfolk Waterfront Hotel during the VNF Gala on November 15th.

Hosted by HUB International, the event brought together industry leaders to explore the future of employee benefits, digital health innovation, cost management, and data-driven care solutions.

Honoring Our Roots: A Special Visit from Remé-Antonia Grefalda

This past week, Premium Care USA had the honor of welcoming Remé-Antonia Grefalda [center, blue vest], a distinguished author, playwright, and cultural advocate whose family holds a special place in our company’s history.

Before founding Premium Care USA, our CEO Edgardo Arbolado and COO John Iver, MSN, RN, CDP began their journey in the United States as caregivers. Among the many lives they touched during that time was Reme’s beloved mother, a relationship that left a lasting impact and helped inspire the vision behind what would eventually become Premium Care USA, a world class home care agency built on compassion, excellence, and respect for every individual’s story.

Reme’s own story is one of creativity, leadership, and cultural stewardship. She is the author of "baring more than soul: poems," and "The Other Blue Book: On The High Seas of Discovery," co-author of the Ford Foundation report, "Towards A Cultural Community: Identity, Education and Stewardship in Filipino American Performing Arts," and a recipient of the Philippines’ prestigious Palanca Award for her play, "In the Matter of Willie Grayson," produced and staged at Howard University in Washington, D.C. She is also the founder and editor of "Our Own Voice," founding director of the Asian and Pacific Islander Collection at The Library of Congress, and founder of Qbd Ink, a Washington D.C. based theater group.

Her visit was a meaningful moment of connection and a reminder of how acts of care can ripple forward into legacies of purpose and service.

At Premium Care USA, we remain deeply grateful for the trust that families like Reme’s placed in us years ago and proud to continue honoring that trust today through our mission to provide compassionate, dignified, and world class care.

: Premium Care USA Joins Virginia Works in Supporting Employment Opportunities for Individuals 50 and Older

Annandale, VA – September 30, 2025 – Premium Care USA proudly participated in the “Golden Years, Golden Careers – Health and Wealth Fair for Jobseekers 50 and Older,” sponsored by the Virginia Works Department of Workforce Development and Advancement. This event was designed to provide meaningful career opportunities, valuable resources, and practical tools to support the health and financial security of individuals aged 50 and above.

Premium Care USA was represented by HR Associate Janine Ace and Care Specialist Nastazsa Cabrera, who connected with attendees to share the organization’s mission of delivering high-quality, person-centered care while supporting rewarding career paths in the caregiving field.

Premium Care USA is actively hiring Personal Care Aides (PCAs) and caregivers to assist clients through Medicaid Waiver, Veterans Affairs Community Care Network, Private Long-Term Care, and Private Pay services. The company remains dedicated to empowering caregivers and enhancing the well-being of clients across the community.

Premium Care Solutions Philippines Inc., a subsidiary of Premium Care USA, is proud to announce the upcoming completion of its new headquarters this December 2025 in Pueblo de Panay, the largest township development in the Visayas.

The facility will serve as the company’s main office and dedicated BPO hub, supporting U.S. clients in healthcare, IT, accounting, and other back-office operations. It will also house a healthcare informatics simulation lab, giving students hands-on experience alongside global professionals while merging education, innovation, and service excellence under one roof.

The partnership will allow Augustinian students to:
• Train in telehealth, virtual assistance, and EHR technologies
• Use PCUSA’s Bacolod and Roxas City offices as state-of-the-art simulation labs
• Gain immersion in U.S. healthcare systems across hospitals, rehab centers, skilled nursing facilities, and home care.

: COLEGIO SAN AGUSTIN-BACOLOD, proudly represented by Dr. Helen Salgado, RN and Ms. Lourdez Ivaliz Iledan, RN, MN, entered into a Memorandum of Agreement with Premium Care USA at the company’s office in Fairfax, Virginia last September 16, 2025.

This landmark partnership between CSAB and the US-based healthcare company marks a significant step toward advancing student mobility, internationalization, and innovation in healthcare education. Through this partnership, Augustinian students completing Nursing and health and allied degree programs will gain access to global learning opportunities, including hands-on training in virtual assistance using Electronic Health Records (EHR) and direct exposure to home-based care practices in the United States.

With this milestone, CSAB continues to strengthen its vision of excellence and innovation, providing Augustinian students with transformative learning experiences that transcend borders.
