We’re excited to offer SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions)!

Developed at the Yale Child Study Center, SPACE is an evidence-based parent program that helps reduce children’s anxiety and related challenges. Rather than focusing on changing the child’s behavior directly, SPACE empowers parents to change their own responses in ways that reduce anxiety-driven patterns and support greater independence.

We are specially trained by the team at Yale and currently offer the program in an individualized, virtual format for families across Virginia. Parents receive personalized guidance, weekly support, and practical tools to create lasting change at home.

October is Dyslexia Awareness Month. Our team brings experience on school eligibility teams, district-wide dyslexia committees, and through the International Dyslexia Association. We also bring personal experience and a lot of passion to this work, and we are eager to help all children learn to read and write effectively--a life skill.
