Some losses don’t just break our hearts—they disrupt our sense of safety, shaking the body, mind, and spirit. This is traumatic grief: when the pain of loss is entangled with the lasting effects of trauma, making the grieving process more complex and non-linear.
Through gentle somatic practices and shared reflection, we’ll explore how trauma shapes grief and discover ways to support healing and regulation in the body and mind.

Exploring Trauma Through the Lens of Grief and Embodied Presence
Trauma is often seen through the lens of survival — but not often enough as a form of loss. In this experiential, two-hour online workshop, we’ll gently explore the often-unspoken grief that accompanies trauma: the loss of safety, trust, identity, and connection.
Through guided reflection, compassionate listening, and simple somatic practices, we’ll create space to honor what’s been lost — and begin to restore relationship with what remains.
This space is for:
• Anyone carrying trauma and seeking a more compassionate, grief-informed understanding of their experience
