We will be hosting a Painting Through Grief workshop, offering participants a creative and supportive space to express emotions through art. The workshop will encourage healing, reflection, and connection by using painting as a nonverbal form of expression.

It will be open to community members of all ages and experience levels—no art background required. Our participants will be guided through the process in a calm, welcoming environment focused on comfort and self-expression.
