Ta**ra is an ancient spiritual tradition from India that integrates ritual, meditation, mantra, the breath, and yogic practices that explore how human energy works, how to remember the divine within, aiming for liberation and realization of the Self.
One of the many streams of Ta**ra is dedicated to the study of sexuality and physical embodiment, how to wield it for personal evolution.

Our Ta**ra Retreats are an integration of different branches of Ta**ra, from Classical to more modern interpretations. There is an emphasis on the body, energy (Shakti), and consciousness (Shiva) as paths to spiritual transformation.

We are excited to be opening up this new Temple offering of our TA**RA B & B, a Ta**ra Yoga Bed & Breakfast in West Marin, just north of San Francisco. Located in Deep Forest, a private retreat setting to unplug from the world and reset either alone with your guide or as a couple (or two couples) with various Retreat plans that would include Ta**ra Coaching, Ta**ra Yoga practices, Meditation, Tantrik Ritual Bodywork, Fireside chats, Tea Ceremony, nature walks on private trails, electric-assisted mountain bike rides thru the Redwoods, organic healthy meals & more. *For family, friends & friends of friends: There are 2 spaces remaining in our Spring 2024 Shivakti Ta**ra Yoga Teacher Training.*

We have two 3-day workshops in LA, one at end of February, one at end of April, and a week on all-inclusive land in Marin at end of May.

There will be a handful of Zoom calls, no more than 2-hours each, spread out between Late February to Mid-June(graduation).

There is an online portal with readings, videos and homework. Some of this online homework will be marked “optional” for those students enrolled in the whole/entire program, if any additional students join who choose “Online only” - all portal homework will be expected. Those who are enrolled in whole program but simply can not make an LA weekend will make up the work in the online portal.

Certification recognized by Yoga Alliance as RYT 200-hour.

Non-refundable Deposit $1000 needed to enroll, the balance is paid off in remaining months. Includes on-site Integrated Ta**ra yoga intensive with accommodation & organic meals(in Marin), workshops in LA, all online classes, virtual classes, personal mentorship calls with teachers, and on-going support through graduation. Bonus: Additional Certification workshop in Tantrik Ritual Bodywork.
