Our hope is that you will find useful information about our hospital and the variety of healthcare services we offer. At Fairfax Community Hospital, we're committed to providing high-quality medical care in a friendly hospital environment. Fairfax Community Hospital is a 15-bed critical access hospital providing high-quality care distinguished by patient satisfaction feedback/results. We offer a broad range of services including Emergency, Radiology, Laboratory, Inpatient Care, Rehabilitation Services, Respiratory Therapy, and Swing Bed. Also offered at Fairfax Community Hospital are EEGs and EKGs, MRIs and Sleep Apnea Studies. Our staff includes physicians and providers representing a range of medical training and experience as well as caring and experienced physician assistants, nurses and support staff. The staff has numerous resources available ranging from modern equipment to advanced patient care software to utilize while treating all types of medical conditions.

- Original (Traditional) Medicare – Oklahoma Hospitals always accept Medicare and all supplements (including Medigap)
- Private Insurance-managed Medicare Advantage (may or may not be in-network with patients’ chosen healthcare providers)
- Hospital-managed Medicare Advantage

Both pictured below receiving their recognition prizes from Hunter Thoms, Hospital Administrator. Each employee was nominated by their peers and selected by the Employee Development Committee.

Tonya's co-workers say that Tonya's constant and infectious smile brings joy to her co-workers and patients! ❤️

Jessica's co-workers say that Jessica is a model employee at RWF! She is such a joy to all the employees and ensures her job is done at 100% every day. She also is known to leave some special "items" at times in various areas ❤️

The pumpkin decorating contest is ON at RWF!!! 😁Please feel free to stop by our lobby in the hospital and take a peek at the pumpkins that have been entered into our contest sponsored by the Employee Development Committee 🧡🏆🧡 These will be on display until October 14th!
