To me, your ability to enjoy life and be healthy is directly connected to the health of your nervous system. Stress, poor posture, trauma, toxins can all contribute to tension in your body that impacts how well your nervous system can function.

Do you know all that the nervous system does in your body?

The answer is EVERYTHING!

It’s what animates you, what heals you, how you take in the world, how you express yourself, how your organs run, how you sleep, how you eat, how you move. Nothing in your body functions without some organizing from your brain and down through your spine.

I love looking back and seeing the evolution of my practice space. It feels congruent with how I feel as a practitioner. My progress into becoming the chiropractor I have always wanted to be feels more coherent, in the art of it, in the flow, allowing my wisdom and depth to emerge. I feel more present with each person and I have such passion to see them at their highest potential, living their best life.
