Dr. Shruti Ambegaonkar, PT DPT, has 20 years of physical therapy experience of which she's been serving the Northern Virginia community for the past decade. Dr. Ambegaonkar's work experience spans outpatient clinics focusing on musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and sports medicine injuries. Dr. Ambegaonkar has been a faculty member of the Athletic Training Education Program at George Mason University since 2010. She teaches multiple courses related to the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries and has directed research programs, presented her work at nationwide conferences, and published works in peer-reviewed medical journals. Her treatment philosophy is "see one, do one, teach one," which ensures that her patients go through a treatment where they understand their condition and know what they have to do to alleviate them.
