Our medical staff is equipped with the knowledge and experience to help you recover from various ailments including joint pain, strains, sprains, balance issues, motor vehicle accidents, and recent surgeries. Whether you are active professionally or recreationally, we've got you covered! Our goal is to proactively promote a supportive, positive, and caring environment so that we can help you achieve your goals and return to a pain-free, healthy lifestyle. Our professional, courteous team will ensure that the care you receive coincides with your primary healthcare provider so your treatment is as comprehensive as possible. Overview of Shruti Ambegaonkar:
Dr. Shruti Ambegaonkar, PT DPT, has 20 years of physical therapy experience of which she's been serving the Northern Virginia community for the past decade. Dr. Ambegaonkar's work experience spans outpatient clinics focusing on musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and sports medicine injuries. Dr. Ambegaonkar has been a faculty member of the Athletic Training Education Program at George Mason University since 2010. She teaches multiple courses related to the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries and has directed research programs, presented her work at nationwide conferences, and published works in peer-reviewed medical journals. Her treatment philosophy is "see one, do one, teach one," which ensures that her patients go through a treatment where they understand their condition and know what they have to do to alleviate them.
