12/25/2025
Dear { Beloved } Yoga Students,
As the holiday season unfolds around us, we want to pause and send each of you our deepest, heartfelt wishes for joy, peace, and light—whatever traditions you hold dear, and however you choose to celebrate (or simply reflect) during season.
2025 was an extremely unpredictable and challenging year for both Isabella & Laura – and we are beyond THANKFUL for your support of our studio throughout the year!
Whether you’re gathering with loved ones, lighting candles, sharing meals, exchange gifts or finding quiet moments of solitude, may this season wrap you in warmth and renewal. 🎅🎄🎁
In the spirit of the practices we share on the mat, we invite us all to carry forward three simple but powerful intentions:
Gratitude for the abundance already present in our lives—the breath in our bodies, the strength we’ve cultivated, the community we’ve built together, and the many blessings, big and small, that sustain us.
Appreciation for what we have, recognizing that our health, our practice, and the ability to show up for ourselves are gifts not everyone enjoys equally.
Kindness toward those who may be struggling this season. Holidays can bring up loneliness, grief, financial stress, or emotional challenges for many.
A smile, a listening ear, a small act of generosity, or even holding space in our hearts can make a profound difference.
❄️✨☃️🦌
Let’s carry the compassion we cultivate in our Ashtanga Yoga Practice out into the world. Together, we can make this season a little brighter for everyone we touch.
Thank you for being part of this beautiful yoga & wellness community.
We are endlessly grateful for your presence, your effort, and the light you bring to our shared practice.
