Hi, I’m Mariam 💕 injector, entrepreneur, and owner of Impressions MediSpa. Beyond the scrubs and syringes, I’m also a mom, wife, traveler, Pilates lover, and of course a cat mom.

Are you planning having lip filler? Here’s what to skip (that you might not think about).

You already know to avoid workouts and makeup right after your lip filler, but here are a few sneaky things that can mess with your results:

1. Kissing (yep, even a quick one): Pressure can shift the filler before it settles.
2. Drinking through a straw: The suction motion can create uneven pressure.
3. Sleeping face-down: It sounds harmless, but even mild pressure can cause swelling or asymmetry.

Keep things calm for the first 24–48 hours and your lips will thank you. 💋
