Bridges Therapy and Wellness Center is a comprehensive mental health practice that also focuses on mindful and healthy living. Caring for one’s mental health is an integrative, whole-body experience. Therefore, in addition to offering high quality psychotherapy, psychological assessment, and psychiatric services, we believe in helping clients integrate positive lifestyle practices into their daily lives. We incorporate opportunities to learn about nutrition, exercise, meditation and mindfulness. The practice was founded by clinical psychologists Erika Shilling, Ph.D. Our clinicians offer comprehensive services to children, adolescents and adults.
