Our Bistro transformed into a lively Irish pub as residents gathered to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day in true festive spirit. With live music, delicious chips and drinks, and plenty of Irish cheer, it was an afternoon full of laughter, connection, and great memories.

The Woodlands Retirement Community is offering a variety of outings open to non-residents, including day trips to the Virginia State Capitol, Winterthur Museum in Delaware, and the historic Kenmore Mansion in Fredericksburg. We also have exciting overnight trips planned to Martha’s Vineyard and Cape Cod in June, the Hudson Valley in September, and Christmastime in New York City in December.

Start the new year on a refreshing note at The Woodlands Retirement Community! Dive into our heated indoor pool for aquatics classes designed to keep you active and healthy. 🏊‍♀️

Each week, our expert instructors offer a variety of water aerobic exercises, targeting different muscle groups for a full-body workout. The first week of the month focuses on the basics, with each week building in intensity to challenge and strengthen you!

Classes are held Monday to Thursday at 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM, and Fridays at 11:30 AM.
