Our DBT Group for Managing Binge Eating offers a skills-based, supportive space for adults looking to build a healthier relationship with food and emotions.
This group focuses on:
• increasing awareness of eating triggers
• emotion regulation skills
• distress tolerance without turning to food
• building supportive relationships
