We provide patients in Fairfax, VA and surrounding metro DC area the latest in depression treatments. We are pleased to be able to offer Neurostar® TMS Therapy to our patients. Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Therapy is one of the most technologically advanced depression treatments available. This non-invasive, outpatient therapy is FDA cleared and has helped thousands of depression patients who have not received adequate results from antidepressants.

We strive for excellence in our delivery of care and offer cutting edge treatments and interventions to restore hope and quality of life for patients and families. We provide patients in Fairfax, VA and surrounding metro DC area the latest in depression treatments. At NeuroPsych Wellness Center, we believe in utilizing all available treatment options including newer medications and modalities of treatment. That is why we have taken the steps necessary to become a certified Spravato treatment center. Spravato (esketamine) nasal spray is self administered intranasally under the supervision of a healthcare provider with observation for at least two hours. This prescription medication is intended to be used along with an oral antidepressant for treatment resistant depression in adults.
