Stress Management Groups for Teens

Stress Management group is going to be a 4-week FREE group!
It is provided by HopeSpring Child & Family, LLC and it is designed to manage stress. The group will be for boys and girls in middle or high school!

We will be focusing on understanding stress, emotional regulation and time management strategies. While doing activities such as worksheets, discussing short video clips, games, and activities!

Character Building Group for Boys & Girls!!

Hello, parents!

Being in the age groups 9-11 can be challenging! While becoming the individuals we want to become in our lives, we are challenged by obstacles. Trying to be respectful to others and honest while worrying about others’ opinions of ourselves.

HopeSpring is right here to help your child make conscious decisions about his/her thoughts, feelings, and actions in a way that reflects ethical values and virtues. We will be focusing on respect and self-esteem during the 3 weeks. We will do activities such as role-playing, games, activities, worksheets, and discussing short video clips!

The fee is FREE! However, space will be limited!
(Nov 7th, 14th, & 21st: 6:30--7:30 PM)
