Welcome to my new beautiful garden space for Heartland Healing! I’m thrilled to share this magical and peaceful space for in person one-to-one sessions in Fairfax CA.

I moved to this 111 year old house 6 months ago and renovated the back garden cottage that called me to this location. A private creek side sanctuary in the heart of a downtown neighborhood with towering redwoods, oaks and bay trees.

I’ve practiced the healing arts for over 12 years professionally. I have a 1st Class Honors degree in Counseling and Psychotherapy from Ireland specializing in Ecotherapy. Also while living there for 4 years I apprenticed and trained in Advanced Celtic Shamanism and received my Reiki Master/Teacher and Rahanni Teacher level. I certified in Compassionate Inquiry Trauma Therapy with Dr Gabor Mate and many other healing therapies if you’d like to read my website bio.

Primarily I’m holding safe heart centered intimate spaces for people who are ready to meet what issues are arising in the now- through a childhood trauma and ancestral lens. Healing happens through dialogue counseling, psychic revelations, unveiling ancestral burdens, parts work, grief therapy, deep compassionate self regard, emotional expression and hands on shamanic healing.

I found this path of service through a dark night of the soul which revealed my truest gifts and calling. I am a wounded healer and am passionate about supporting people who have experienced similar traumas. I continue to work with and face my inner integration from religious programming, patriarchal conditioning and feminine represssion, grief and loss, empath/narcissist dynamics and childhood trauma. I live and embody the path of healing and it is my sacred calling to support you through your own life initiations.

I work with both men and women - especially women who are seeking ways into their sovereignty through the heroines journey.

Hands on healing with Reiki, Rahanni or Shamanic healing is available for all.

I am guided by the divine feminine: Brigid -the fiery arrow, the Cailleach wise owl/moon seer. Serpent, Stag, Selkie & Swan. The dark goddesses Inanna, Sedna and beloved Mary Magdalene.

Moon Sisters you are invited to a dark moon Grief Ritual and Shamanic Journey with sacred burial sites of Ireland. This Thursday 11/20 at 5pm pdt online.

The energies are profound this week for a sacred pause to tend to grieving what is in the dark ready to be released. We are in a powerfully aligned time for healing with the moon and Venus’ descent to the underworld. A time to grieve our losses and let die the old for this final shedding in the Year of the Snake, diving deep to find regeneration and rebirth.

Included will be:
-Shamanic journey to a sacred burial chamber in Ireland that aligns with Samhain sunrise
-Grief ritual with the elements
-Meeting the Cailleach
-Journaling prompts
-Group connexion and sharing

We are working with the energies of the Ancestral Realm, Moon, Venus and the Dark to assist us with healing our exiled inner places that need holding and expression.

What energies need tending within you? Power Loss, Soul Loss, or your Golden Shadow - unmanifested gifts that lay dormant hiding under unmitigated grief. Swim to the depths and retrieve the precious jewels that belong to your soul.

This is the first of three Grief Rituals I’m holding over the next three dark moons preparing us for Venus rising in February.

It’s where we can begin to set down our burdens and get real with ourselves and each other. My spaces are deep medicine and guided by ancestral connection, based upon a foundation of healing with real life experience not just information or trendy quick fixes. The Cailleach shows us the way to trust our inner unfolding.

When you go home to god how do you explain - how do you find words for what it is that moves the very soul of your life? It’s here in these stones, in this wind, in this nevereverland echoing ancient voices alive pulling me to see again. To feel them, their devotion. Their knowing that is beyond ours. I climb again, and again. Across the grykes, over the fissures that separate us in time. The winds that sing a song I can’t describe, only feel. All I know is my spirit is free. I clambor home up treacherous hills split with rain and time , pleading to remember. Where are thee - in the hawthorns, in the other world of sweet spring waters, in the sky ever changing. I know somehow. Somehow I know.

My next Introduction to Celtic Shamanism course starts Wednesday June 18th for 5 consecutive weeks 4-7pm pacific online! I’ve been teaching this class for 8 years and have much to share about Ireland and the healing medicine of our ancestral lands.

This class offers an introduction to the Celtic medicine wheel. We will learn and practice shamanic journeying and begin to build our own (mala) altar. Our intimate circle offers personal support for the emergence of deep healing with yourself and earth.🌿

The earth is calling us to remember that we are part of her, interconnected in the web of life. Shamanism, the oldest earth based spiritual practice, is a devotion in deepening our relationship with the elements and learning the wisdom that supports and guides life. This practice helps us develop a relationship to nature, the result is living every day as sacred. Healing ourselves, Healing the Earth. 🌿

Each week we will do shamanic drum journeys to a different element and direction on the medicine wheel. Earth, air, water, fire. You’ll discover your spirit guides and power animals waiting to help and guide you. Join our intimate group for a supportive, gentle yet powerfully transformative time as we navigate to find the unwavering strength of spirit connection to all life.

During a personal time of healing and recovery, this Imbolc is ever sweeter feeling the breath of Brigid feed my soul with her inspirational Imbas.

She is the Awakener, the earths renewal of hope and magical transformation from darkness into light.

My life, my heart, my hope, my hearth. Brigid guides me to green pastures and renews the spark of spring within when the fields have been fallow and muddy. Her warmth lights up the path of longing that leads me to drink from her well and enliven the very earth within.

Her green mantle wraps me up in a soothing embrace. She raises the dead in the grace of her beauty - birds eggs, bulbs blooming and light returning.

Oh spring, you warm my eyes and heart with color and hope. The sparrows and robins sing your song. The daffodils, narcissus and delicate catkins intoxicate the senses with golden yellow sweetness.

Praise Brigid, Celtic Saint and Goddess, embodied earth and heaven sent. I am your daughter, your devotee of hope and faith springing eternal.
