I have decided in honor of Veterans day coming up that I am offering $1.00 per minute massages to all my Veterans. So for this month only which means you must be scheduled for November to receive this deal your pricing is:
30 minutes $30.00
45 minutes $45.00
60 minutes $60.00
75 minutes $75.00
90 minutes $90.00

Hey everyone, im going to be on vacation from October 24th thru November 1st. So, I will be working outside my normal scheduled days. I will be working on Sunday the 19th and I have an 8:30 or 2:00 available.
The rest of my month is full, but I have availability starting in November. So please reach out and schedule your next appointment today.

If you are pregnant I would like you to consider the benefits of massage before, during and going thru labor.
Studies show that massage therapy can reduce pain, ease insomnia, improve mental health and enhance overall comfort during pregnancy and childbirth. Collectively these findings suggest that massage therapy is a promising non-pharmacological option for reducing symptoms during pregnancy and labor.
There is also many other ways to ease pain like pregnancy yoga, chiropractic care, reflexology, reiki, physical therapy and Craniosacral Therapy.
We also need to continue taking care of ourselves after birth which means continuing with any or all of the amazing holistic ways of care.
I do want to say has a woman we know our bodies and need to do what's best for us. Please always do what's best for you because you know your body.
