Last night I had a dream that my village was being invaded by these men in white robes with loud drums.
The fear that I felt in that “dream." I don’t think it was just a dream.
It felt ancestral.
Or like a past life memory.
It was so real.
I knew I was in trouble.
Like DEEP SH*T!

The holidays are pretty much over + you're feeling drained af.
Even a little depressed...but why? The chaos is over, you had a great time. Why are you so tired?

There is still 2 months of winter left, yes but this is not the whole reason.

Some people are just draining and here's how:

1. Toxic-They get themselves into terrible situations and don't listen to you but then always ask YOU for advice for and over.

This is vampyrism + leaves you feeling drained af

2. Touching people who are hurting, sad, anxious can leave you drained + anxious. Those hugs, handshakes at Thanksgiving + Christmas will never look the same...make sure and shield before going. (This is always a way to catch parasites + negative energy)

3. Chronic complainers or listening to them is instant sleepy time. 🥱 Focusing in on those super negative people at that party has got you so pooped out.

BONUS: You're masking hardcore, OR they are masking hardcore. You can feel the energy difference in who they say they are and who they are portraying and its draining.

Masking yourself for long periods of time for family gatherings etc is a great way to burn out for introverts.
