Faith Health Group was proud to attend the Transition & Recreation Fair at The Phoenix Center in Nutley NJ this past Friday March 20.

Events like this are a reminder of how important it is to create opportunities, resources, and support for individuals and families navigating the next chapter of care and independence.
We had the chance to meet so many incredible families, caregivers, and professionals who are all working toward the same goal… building stronger, more inclusive communities.

Please join FHG in welcoming Delia George, RN to the Faith Health Group team as Director of Nursing, Private Duty Nursing!

Delia brings nearly 20 years of nursing experience across hospital, nursing home, and home health settings. She has cared for patients from infants through geriatrics and has a strong passion and dedication for providing personalized, high-quality care in the home.

Her background includes chronic disease management, post-acute recovery, medication reconciliation, and patient education, and she has also worked as a Legal Nurse Consultant, supporting organizations in maintaining strong compliance and quality standards.

Delia is excited to join the team, and we’re thrilled to have her with us!
