🌊 Finding My Flow Again 🌊
A couple of years ago, I stopped massaging the way I love to — partly because I wasn’t sure people were ready for it. But lately, I’ve been returning to it… and it feels right.
One thing that makes my massage different is my focus on flow.
Rather than working on one part at a time — an arm, then stopping to move to a leg, then stopping again — I move in a continuous rhythm, flowing from arm to leg, back up, and around the body in one motion.
It’s very similar to Lomi Lomi, a Hawaiian-style technique that feels like gentle waves moving across the body. This approach helps the energy flow freely, creating a deeper sense of connection, balance, and calm.
It’s not just a massage — it’s a dance between touch and energy, stillness and motion.
