As many of you know, we recently shared that we’re once again able to bill all Iowa Medicaid programs. We’re so thankful to have welcomed many familiar faces back through our doors over the last couple of weeks.

Today, we’re excited to share another major step forward:

We are now fully able to fill all prescribed medications, including all controlled substances.

We understand that this process has taken longer than many had hoped. From the beginning, our focus has been on restoring access for our community…not just for today, but for the long term.

We’ve worked diligently to ensure that every step was handled the right way. This ensures our patients have reliable, long-term access to the medications and care they need.

Your patience, encouragement, and continued trust in us throughout it all have meant more than we can express.

Our commitment has always been to provide comprehensive, compassionate care to our community. Removing these final barriers allows us to do exactly that.
