Client Spotlight: Panel Built Incorporated

For this project, new landing shelters were required to support aviation landings while meeting strict durability, mobility, and color standards consistent with established aviation requirements. Panel Built partnered closely with C.W. Ferrell to ensure every detail aligned with on-site needs.

The result was two custom welded steel landing shacks, each engineered for long-term durability and trailer mounted to allow for mobility across the site. Finished in standard aviation orange and white, the shelters integrate seamlessly into the airfield environment while providing reliable protection and functionality.

Each structure features a standing seam roof, through-wall HVAC, and a compact yet efficient guard booth configuration designed to support daily operations in demanding conditions.

Mercedes-Benz Stadium set a new standard before the first kickoff, becoming the newest NFL stadium and the first in the U.S. to achieve LEED Platinum certification. Designed to be both iconic and environmentally responsible, the project combines cutting-edge sustainability with a refined, high-end fan experience.

As a key contributor to the stadium’s interior aesthetic and performance, over 200,000 square feet of porcelain tile was installed using a premium tile installation system from Custom Building Products. The system supported the scale and complexity of the venue while delivering the durability, precision, and long-term performance required for a world-class sports facility.

Designed as a one-stop hub for training, academics, and athlete wellness, Northern Arizona University’s new 72,000 sq. ft Student-Athlete High Performance Center blends high performance design with a bold visual identity.

The exterior features 25,500 sq. ft of Kingspan’s KS Series insulated metal wall panels, delivering strong thermal performance while offering flexible profiles and adjustable module widths for added architectural expression. With clean detailing, trimless ends, and pre-formed corners, the façade fits seamlessly into Flagstaff’s mountainous landscape while helping create a standout facility for recruiting and retention.

Cape Cod 5 set out to create a true gateway building for Plymouth. Kalwall’s translucent systems supported that vision by introducing balanced daylight and a clear architectural identity. A continuous light monitor runs the full length of the structure and fills the interior with soft, even light. At night, it becomes a recognizable glow for this key corner of the community.

Inside, a central spine connects the banking, business, and conference spaces. The new hub also hosts financial education events and serves clients across the South Shore. Kalwall’s daylighting performance helps the building feel open, calm, and welcoming from morning to evening.

This striking custom gate, crafted with a unique round cut-out pattern, needed hardware as strong as its design. Weighing in at 1,150 lbs with a 20-ft opening, it was built far beyond the limits of typical sliding systems.

The installer selected the CGS-250.8P cantilever model, engineered for heavy-duty performance and seamless operation. Paired with the ARES automated operator, the homeowner can open and close the gate effortlessly using the Q-box keypad or remote controls.

⭐️ Client Spotlight: FullForce by ABC Polymer

Expanding a koi pond isn’t just a landscaping upgrade, it’s a structural challenge. This homeowner rebuilt their pond with heavy-gauge rebar and shotcrete, placed over two weeks with 40–60 yd³ per pour to create a durable new basin.

To enhance performance and longevity, the team added FiberForce 650™ at 3 lb/yd³, along with an integral waterproofing agent. Even with full rebar reinforcement, FiberForce 650™ delivered the high post-first-crack residual strength needed for a tougher, more resilient structure.
