Yoga Sutra 1.14
Sa tu dirgha-kala-nairantara-satkara-adarasevitah dridha-bhumih
The yoga practice becomes firmly grounded and stable (dridha-bhumih) when it is done for a long time (dirgha-kala), without interruption (nairantarya), and with sincere devotion and respect (satkara-adara).
This yoga sutra emphasizes that consistent and dedicated effort over time is essential for achieving true depth and stability in spiritual or personal growth, it is not quick a fix.
After 25 years, this practice continues to teach me important lessons while also deeply nourishing my soul.
