To help us verify benefits accurately and process claims smoothly, we ask families to let our front desk know if there have been any updates to your insurance, including:

• New insurance policy or plan
• Changes in employment or employer

Having the most up-to-date information allows us to confirm coverage, copays, and visit limits before services, helping to prevent any unexpected issues. If we have outdated information, visits may not be covered by your plan.
