Flu shots are a quick, safe, and easy way to protect yourself and your loved ones.

🧼 Fight the flu by washing your hands often.
It’s the first defense against germs!

Why do you need a flu shot?
✔ Helps you avoid getting the flu
✔ Keeps you out of the doctor’s office
✔ Prevents missed work or school
✔ Makes symptoms milder if you do get sick
✔ Lowers the chance of going to the hospital

Who should get a flu shot?
👉 Everyone 6 months and older!
Especially kids, older adults, and people with health conditions like asthma or diabetes.

How often do I need a flu shot?
💡 Everyone six months and older should get a flu shot every year, unless your provider recommends something different.

👶 September is Baby Safety Month!
Nothing is more important than bringing your baby home safely. Thanks to the Rachel and Eric Jones Foundation’s Safe Seats program, every newborn in CommuniCare+OLE’s care will leave the hospital with a brand-new car seat.

Each year, 1,100 families across Napa, Solano, and Yolo counties will have peace of mind knowing their little one is protected on the ride home.

We are grateful to the Jones family for ensuring a safe start for our newest community members and supporting parents when it matters most.
