We would like to extend a big Thank You! to the Fairfield Area Chamber of Commerce for selecting us as recipients of this year’s Best Kept Secret award at last night’s annual banquet. This wouldn’t be possible without all of our amazing staff and wonderful patients we’ve had the opportunity to work with over these past 13 years. Also, a very fitting award as if you haven’t heard of us consider yourself fortunate and free of injury we hope 😂!

🌿 Hip pain can come from more places than you think and understanding the cause is key to finding real relief. The latest newsletter from Fairfield Universal Therapy breaks down the most common sources of hip pain, from muscle imbalances and tendon issues to joint conditions and inflammation.

Conditions like bursitis, tendinopathy, and arthritis can all contribute to hip discomfort, often making everyday movements like walking, sitting, or climbing stairs painful.

With the right physical therapy approach, you can target the root cause, improve mobility, and reduce pain so you can get back to moving comfortably and confidently.
