Our Director of Nursing and MDS Coordinator visited Frontier Community College to meet with the Student Nursing Association and talk about nursing, long-term care, and the services our facility provides. They even brought along sweet cupcakes to share!

Thank you to Frontier Community College for allowing us to come, and thank you to all the future nursing professionals, we loved spending time with you!

💛 Community Spotlight: Paisley Barbre, Miss Fairfield 💛

We are excited to spotlight Paisley Barbre (Miss Fairfield) for her incredible kindness and generosity! Paisley organized a fundraiser for Fairfield Senior Living & Rehabilitation through her “Wrap Someone in Kindness” blanket drive, and thanks to her hard work and big heart, our residents will be wrapped in warmth and love this season. 🧡✨

We want to give a huge thank-you to everyone who supported the fundraiser and purchased blankets. Your kindness is felt throughout our facility, and our residents are so grateful.

Today we proudly celebrated Veterans Day at our facility! ❤️🤍💙

A special thank you to the Fairfield Legion Riders for visiting and presenting certificates to our veterans, your kindness and recognition meant so much. 💐

We’d also like to thank Jay and Jennifer for sharing their incredible talent through music. Your guitar playing and singing truly made the celebration even more special. 🎶

We are so grateful to all who served and to everyone who helped make today such a memorable event. 🇺🇸

🎉 Congratulations to Stacey on her therapy graduation and return home! 🎉

Stacey came to our facility from another nursing home to be closer to home, and during her stay she made incredible progress! 💪 She worked hard with therapy on mobility, strengthening, balance, cooking, and self-care skills and her dedication truly paid off.

Stacey shared that her therapy services were wonderful and that she “wouldn’t be where she is today without them.” She also expressed how much she loved being at our facility, saying it’s filled with such sweet workers and that she made so many friends along the way. 💕

If she ever needed rehabilitation or long-term care again, Stacey said she’d be back here and we’d welcome her with open arms! 🏡

🎉 Congratulations to Sharon on her therapy success and discharge home! 🎉

During her time in therapy, Sharon worked diligently on improving her mobility, coordination, strength, balance, transfer training, and self-care skills. Her commitment and perseverance truly paid off, and we couldn’t be prouder of her progress!

Sharon shared that she loved the care she received while at the facility and is so thankful for everyone’s hard work in helping her reach her goal of returning home. 🏡💖
