Community Nurse is a nonprofit, independent home care agency providing visiting nurse, hospice, private care, and wellness services to southeastern Massachusetts since 1916. In alignment with our mission to bring compassionate healthcare services home, we provide a range of comprehensive health care and social services to meet patient needs through personalized care in the community and within the privacy of home.
