Looking for more volunteers to experience TRE, Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises. I have moved into my next phase of training and need volunteers for some small group practices. If you've practiced with me one-on-one over the past few months, THANKS so much! Previous volunteers and new volunteers are eligible for these free sessions. If you're new to TRE, reach out and let's have a chat about what it is and how it can be used as a tool for releasing chronic tension and stress in the body. If you KNOW of a friend or family member that might benefit, please share with them as well. These small group practices will be both online (via Zoom) and in person (Chatom and Fairhope) over the next couple of months. The sessions take about 1 hour to complete.
