If you don’t remember anything else that I ever say remember this:

What does this look like? It can be a hand on the chest and one hand on the belly and some rounds of deep breathing. It can be Box breathing, it can be laying on the floor on your back and Shiva, it can be listening to a meditation doing some bilateral tapping. (Butterfly tap)
