Soul Shine Yoga is a dedicated yoga studio offering a wide variety of heated and unheated classes for all ages and levels. Hot classes at Soul Shine include our signature Hot Power Hour, Hot Vinyasa and Hot Restore: Hips + Hamstrings. These classes are held in a room with five custom Infrared radiant heat panels, a therapeutic, clean heat source. Our diverse unheated classes include Foundations, Vinyasa, Core Fusion Yoga, Buti Yoga, Yoga Dance Fusion, Hatha Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Somatics and meditation. In addition to group classes, we also offer open studio times, frequent workshops, private yoga and transformational coaching. Our yoga inspired boutique carries Manduka yoga mats and activewear and accessories from Spiritual Gangster, Onzie, alo yoga and more. Founded in 2014, Soul Shine is committed to holding space for transformation, both on and off the mat, with a spirit of joy, abundance, commitment + gratitude.
