Common triggers for migraines or migraine-associated vertigo
• Stress
• Screen time on your computer, phone, or tablet
• Visual and/or auditory stimulation
• Fatigue/not getting enough sleep
• Salt
• Sugar
• Caffeine
• Alcohol
• Ni****ne
• Fluorescent lights
• Sounds or smells

Try to avoid these triggers by limiting stress, getting enough sleep, and maintaining a healthy diet.

Guys have a pelvic floor, too! Let’s not forget about the men! Men can deal with incontinence and pelvic pain that are contributed by pelvic floor dysfunction. So don't assume that pelvic floor physical therapy is just for women!

What is a vestibular migraine?
Migraines, which are usually associated with a headache, are common and can cause several vestibular symptoms.

In fact, studies suggest about 25% of migraine sufferers experience dizziness during their migraines.

Vestibular migraines, or Migraine-associated vertigo (MAV) can happen with or without the pain of a headache.
