Hope Center Fairhope, Alabama Medical, Dental and Counseling services for the low income, uninsured families of Baldwin County and the surrounding areas.

Medical services include: physical exams, lab, xrays, EKG's, diabetic education, cpap education, sleep difficulties and Pap smears. Colon screening's and mammograms available if patient qualifies. Patient assistance programs available to those who qualify. Dental services include: exams, xrays, extractions and fillings. Counseling services include: children issues, marriage and family, addictions and grief.
