312 Saturday Morning Yoga classes! That’s six years worth of Saturdays 😀 ❤️ 👏. Congratulations Jennifer F. Grant! I loved being able to present you with your Healing Hands Bowl and being able to dedicate the poem “A Practice of Reverence” to you. You have such a beautiful heart and such a dedicated practice! Of course I loved having you in the studio, especially on this special day! But your dedication to practice by Zoom, so regularly is humbling!

It’s never a failure. It’s never lost time. It’s a lesson, a data point, a jumping off point to the next big thing. You don’t have to earn rest; you deserve it simply because you are human. Every dataset has data points that are outliers or that don’t fit the trend. The only way we can be sure of getting a negative outcome is by giving up. Otherwise, just keep adding positive data points when you can, and your life will trend in the ways you’ve always wanted it to 💛
