Seven years ago, Ascend Health Center began with a mission to help people find real relief, real answers, and real hope.

Since then, we’ve had the privilege of caring for thousands of patients, walking with them through some of life’s hardest moments, and helping them move toward healing.

We’re incredibly grateful for the trust our patients, families, and community have placed in us over the last 7 years.

And while we’re proud of how far we’ve come, we’re even more hopeful for all that still lies ahead.

We get this question a lot: "What’s the difference between Spravato and ketamine?"

Spravato® (esketamine) is FDA-approved, administered as a nasal spray, and covered by most insurance. It’s specifically for treatment-resistant depression.

Ketamine infusions are IV-based, typically self-pay, and can be used for both depression and chronic pain.

Both are administered in-clinic with full monitoring. Both have their place.
