A message from one of my teachers in Maui
You have the ability to use the breath of Aloha in connection with source.
👉all the way down through the crown of your head
👉 to the bottom of your feet
👉all the way down to the earth
👉 anchor your body in white light, so your spirit can do the work in the here and now.
and imagine anchoring the breath and not just the breath, but also white light anchor, the body incur your body. So your spirit can do the work and be anchored to the here and now. And that's one of the best ways to move energy is through the breath.
