Pearl of Compassion
Reclaiming the medicine of Self Compassion in your life for radical healing,
empowerment, and transformation
Within the chambers of every human heart there lies a pearl of
compassion. This pearl is a priceless treasure that is waiting to be
awakened. Greater in value than all of the world’s riches and gold, this
pearl of compassion contains the Truth of our deepest essence: that of our
compassionate nature in its Awakened state.
There is no medicine more powerful than that of your own
self-compassion, nor is there any physical or emotional injury that the
waters of self-compassion cannot soothe. Humanity is starving for the
medicine of its own radical self-compassion, and through your willingness
to give yourself this gift, you help to create a more compassionate planet
for all living beings.
On January 8th, you are invited on a profound journey to reclaim the
pearl of compassion within your own heart. During this special evening, we
will gather together in a ceremonial space to shower ourselves with the
waters of self compassion through the use of mantra, meditation, guided
imagery, and self reflection practices. We will also receive authentic and
channeled teachings from Quan Yin’s lineage, a bodhisattva and eastern
goddess of compassion.
Led and offered by Purandev Kaur, this special transmission will
leave you feeling profoundly nourished and quenched by the sacred waters
of your own self compassion.
All are lovingly welcomed into this sacred and healing space.

Pearl of Compassion: Learning to Trust the Flow of Life
● This is part of a larger body of teachings from Quan Yin’s lineage.
○ Each teaching transmission is a pedal. There are 8 pedals for
the eight-fold path of awakening to your own Buddha nature
(which is the same as Christ consciousness, or Source
consciousness).
○ These teachings are designed to initiate your consciousness in
what it means to allow the lotus flower of your life to unfold with
as little interference from you as possible
■ Learning to take the path of least resistance as we flow
with the river of life
○ In a larger sense, this is a path of learning to yield to life, to flow
with life with SERENITY, and to release that which causes us to
suffer. It’s also a path of learning to anoint ourselves with the
medicine of our own radical self compassion.
The Tao and the Path of Least Resistance
● The Tao is an ancient Chinese concept known simply as ‘The Way’-
the way of the Universe, the way of nature, the natural order of things
○ In this context, and for our purposes, Quan Yin is encouraging
us to think of the Tao as a river– the great river of life that is
eternally flowing & eternally present.
○ The Truth is that the flow of this river is ALWAYS lovingly
carrying us and flowing us through life in a way that is in
alignment with our highest good and is in alignment with Divine
Will–regardless of how it may seem otherwise (example: losing
a job, a relationship, etc).
■ The symbolism of the lotus flower: the lotus flower grows
through the mud
■ In our lives, when we experience painful or hard things
(like the mud), we often begin to distrust life, forgetting
that the mud serves the growth of the lotus.
■ “The extent to which the lotus flower encounters the mud
(harnship) is the extent to which the lotus flower (your
soul) can blossom.”
○ Our true nature is to trust life (think of the innocence of
children)–however, we often become programmed by external
forces to resist life, to try to control it, and to distrust it. These
programs can become crystallized into ‘viral belief systems:’
■ Examples: “It’s not safe for me to trust life”; “I have to do
this on my own”; “Life/divinity has abandoned me;” “I have
to control this situation or it won’t be okay.”
■ Other ways this resistance can show up: as constriction,
pain, or tightness in our bodies; as anxiety, depression, or
illness.
■ These beliefs often operate on a subconscious level that
we aren’t aware of, and they can dramatically impact our
ability to engage with life.
○ At a fundamental level, all of these belief systems share the
same underlying belief: that it is unsafe to trust life–which is to
say, that it is unsafe to trust divinity.
○ As we learn to heal the parts of ourselves that are afraid of
trusting life, we are learning how to take the path of least
resistance—to live, move, and act in accordance with the Tao
(aka the river of life) because we TRUST that this divine
intelligence loves us unconditionally, and will always move us in
accordance with our highest growth, expansion, and healing.
■ That doesn’t mean we always like the path we’re on
because often that means stepping out of our comfort
zone! But ultimately, through integrative levels of
surrender and increasing spiritual maturity, we learn to
surrender into this process because we know it’s leading
us to deeper growth and healing.
The Soothing Balm of Self Compassion
● Self Compassion is an essential practice for your journey of spiritual
awakening.
● Learning to anoint yourself with radical self compassion
○ This is not something that most of us are taught to do, nor are
we given examples of how to do it. In fact we are usually
taught/shown the opposite.
○ It is essential that you learn and practice the skill of offering
compassion to the parts of your consciousness that are
vulnerable, frightened, or hurt.
● Loving the one within us who learned that it was unsafe to trust life.
○ This type of compassion is not forced or contrived; it arises from
the wellspring of your heart when you behold the truth of your
own innocence and divinity.
■ Equivalent to a mother witnessing her child, or Source
witnessing us.
■ It includes a recognition of your innate worthiness to
receive compassion.
■ When you anoint yourself with the medicine of your own
self compassion, you become a true vessel of
compassion for others as well.
● Your authentic embodiment of self-compassion is a
radical service to all of humanity.
Journaling questions:
○ Invoke the pearl of compassion within your heart. What would it
feel like to offer yourself the medicine of your own genuine self
compassion within your daily life?
○ Identify one situation or circumstance in your life where you’d
like to invite more trust, peace, and ease. With Quan Yin by
your side, write about how you can move through this situation
by taking the path of least resistance.
○ Identify one belief system or fear that prevents you from trusting
life. Are you willing to relinquish this old belief? With Quan Yin
by your side, write a prayer or affirmation to support you in
letting go of this old belief system.

Embracing the Lotus Flower of Your Life
An 8-Week Journey to Baptize yourself in the Medicine of Self Compassion
There is a lotus flower within every heart that is ordained to blossom as the
soul awakens to its true divine nature.
As you allow the lotus flower of your heart to blossom, you also greatly
contribute to healing the heart of humanity.
You’re invited to journey into this sacred blossoming through an 8-week
immersion into Quan Yin’s lineage of compassion, mercy, and awakened
grace.
Modeled after the Eightfold Path of Awakening, each class represents a
single petal of your inner lotus: a way of being and a quality of
consciousness that supports your becoming.
This class serves as an initiation into allowing the lotus of your life to open
with as little interference from you as possible—releasing the impulse to
force or manage your growth, and instead surrendering to the divine
intelligence guiding you.
It is a profound journey into radical trust, radical softness, and radical
self-compassion, as you allow yourself to be held and baptized by your own
compassionate nature.
Each Class Includes:
● Guided meditation + invocation of Quan Yin
● Chanting of her sacred mantra
● Authentic channeled teachings from Quan Yin’s lineage
● Activations and transmissions to support embodiment
● Sacred sharing and witnessing in community

Kundalini, the Womb, & the Moon

The Goddess dwells within us all. Often depicted in the cyclical
changing of the seasons and through the metamorphosis of Maiden,
Mother, and Crone, the Divine Feminine continually gestates, transmutes,
and resurrects Herself in an on-going cycle of creation. This same cyclical
nature is mirrored within the changing nature of the moon, as well as within
women’s bodies.
In this powerful workshop, held at the peak of the Lion’s gate energy
on August 9th, we will attune ourselves to the creative life force of the
Goddess that lives within us.
Guided and overseen by Isis, an ancient Egyptian goddess, this
workshop will include meditations and kriyas from the Kundalini yoga
tradition. Participants will also receive teachings about how to connect to
the Divine Feminine wisdom of the moon through ritual and spell-work.
