❄️ SNOW DAY HOME WORKOUT ❄️
Gym is CLOSED today but we are still getting it DONE 💪

All you need is something heavy from home —
🥛 gallon of milk
💧 case of water
🥫 soup cans / sauce jars
(backpack works too!)

✅ Do 4–5 rounds
✅ 8–10 reps EACH move
✅ Take your time — focus on form + mind muscle connection

Circuit:

1️⃣ Upright Row → Deadlift
8–10 reps each

2️⃣ Kneeling Wood Chop
8–10 reps each side

3️⃣ Reverse Lunge → Touch
8–10 reps each leg

4️⃣ Power Sn**ch
8–10 reps

This is one of those workouts where you don’t need “crazy” — you just need CONSISTENT.
