The reception for Susan on her retirement day was bittersweet. We are pleased for you and your future plans, yet saddened that the professional relationship has reached its conclusion. It's challenging to say, "See you soon," to family, as it sounds more like a farewell. Take the next few weeks to catch up on all those projects that graciously waited on the back burner while attending to your nursing career, and know that your Ingleside family will have open arms waiting for the day you decide to call BINGO. 😁

District 3 County Commissioner Joe Loughmiller Martin County, MN – Government recently visited the residents of Ingleside Assisted Living to share updates on current county events and projects. We appreciate Joe taking the time to speak with residents and explain some of the plans being discussed, including consolidating county offices into existing buildings—such as the Flaherty Building, which is owned by the city—to help reduce rental costs. He also talked about improving broadband access in rural areas and the possibility of updating the current Justice Center rather than building a new one. During the discussion, residents were especially interested in topics like the SNAP program and how delays impact families who rely on it. Joe was very approachable and welcomed questions, and he kindly let everyone know that if new developments arise, he would be happy to return and keep residents informed. Thank you, Joe, for taking the time to present these updates and connect with the residents of Ingleside Assisted Living!
