As we move through the final days of the year and welcome the new one, we at Main Street Yoga want to share a quick note about our schedule for the week of New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.
This week is a gentle transition—an opportunity to pause, reflect, and begin again with intention.
New Year’s Week Schedule:
Tuesday, December 30th - Elemental Yoga at 5:30
Wednesday, December 31st - Embodied Slow Flow at 9am and Nia at 4pm (Ring in the new year with a Nia dance party!)
Thursday, January 1st - Happy New Year! The studio will be closed
Friday, January 2nd - LYT Yoga at 9am
Saturday, January 3rd - Bhakti Flow at 9am and Book Club at 10:30. Book club is starting a new book, so it's the perfect time to join!
Sunday, January 4th - Power Yoga at 9am and my New Year Intentions workshop at 2pm
Whether you’re closing out the year with a familiar practice or starting the new year by stepping onto your mat, you are warmly welcome. There’s no pressure to do more—just an invitation to move, breathe, and arrive exactly as you are.
