Yin Yang Yoga with Alesia blends two styles of yoga into one practice - bringing together the benefits of passively holding yoga poses with more dynamic sequences and standing postures. The practice is designed to stimulate specific meridian (energy) channels to support moving qi (life force energy) throughout the body. This class often includes incorporating pranayama and acupressure techniques by self massage or by using props. No previous yoga experience needed!

LYT Yoga with Holly is a core-based movement practice that combines yoga, physical therapy, and functional movement! LYT (pronounced "lit") was created by physical therapist Lara Heimann, who applied her background in neurodevelopmental rehabilitation and her experience working with thousands of teachers and students in order to help people discover more optimal movement patterns.

Elemental Yoga with Mark is named for its exploration of many styles of yoga and their connection to nature. This all-levels class combines elements of power yoga, hatha, vinyasa, kundalini, yin, and a touch of restorative meditation in a fun and supportive environment. If you enjoy incorporating a bit more of a workout with your practice, this class is for you. If you are looking for something a bit more relaxed, there are always modifications offered for sequences some might find intense. Arrive with an open mind and leave feeling empowered!

Nia with Kristi is a holistic fitness practice that conditions and strengthens your body while nourishing your soul. Every Nia class incorporates elements from dance, martial arts and healing arts to provide an accessible, whole-body workout using 52 simple moves and a balance of form/technique and freeform movement. For everybody and every body of any age, fitness level, size, shape and ability can practice Nia!

Balance & Breath with Paula is an all-levels class blending breath, meditation, and balancing asanas to bring physical and emotional balance to your week.

Mindful Movements Flow with Alesia is a class where conscious awareness, breath, and slow, yet, dynamic movement are synchronized to create an experience of harmony between the body, mind, and spirit. We will begin class with pranayama (breathing practices), moving into gentle asanas (poses) and then completing class with a wonderful Savasana that includes meditation.

Yin Yoga is a practice that allows us to slow down, cool off, and stretch deeply. Vinyasa Yoga allows us to mindfully move our bodies, flowing from one posture to the next. YINYASA with Erin offers the best of both practices!

What IS trauma?
How does it affect the brain and nervous system?
How can yoga help heal trauma?
Join us as trauma therapist Michelle Christy helps us answer these questions and offers guidance on how to make general yoga classes more trauma-informed and more sensitive to students who may be dealing with the effects of trauma. This workshop will include the practice of asana, pranayama (breathwork), and meditation. While this workshop is open to anyone interested in learning how yoga can help heal trauma, Registered Yoga Teachers can earn 4 hours of continuing education with Yoga Alliance.

Restorative Yoga with Alesia is a gentle, calming practice that soothes the nervous system and releases physical and mental tension. Whether you are recovering from an illness, suffering from stress and fatigue or you just need to be treated with TLC, this class is for you. Through gentle, supportive postures, we will use props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks to facilitate deep relaxation and a sense of ease.
