Yin Yang Yoga with Alesia blends two styles of yoga into one practice - bringing together the benefits of passively holding yoga poses with more dynamic sequences and standing postures. The practice is designed to stimulate specific meridian (energy) channels to support moving qi (life force energy) throughout the body. This class often includes incorporating pranayama and acupressure techniques by self massage or by using props. No previous yoga experience needed!
LYT Yoga with Holly is a core-based movement practice that combines yoga, physical therapy, and functional movement! LYT (pronounced "lit") was created by physical therapist Lara Heimann, who applied her background in neurodevelopmental rehabilitation and her experience working with thousands of teachers and students in order to help people discover more optimal movement patterns.
Elemental Yoga with Mark is named for its exploration of many styles of yoga and their connection to nature. This all-levels class combines elements of power yoga, hatha, vinyasa, kundalini, yin, and a touch of restorative meditation in a fun and supportive environment. If you enjoy incorporating a bit more of a workout with your practice, this class is for you. If you are looking for something a bit more relaxed, there are always modifications offered for sequences some might find intense. Arrive with an open mind and leave feeling empowered!
