My journey to heal
37 year old mother diagnosed with Breast cancer August 2018. I was determined to help myself prepare for this journey of surgeries, chemotherapy and radiation.. I started doing little things to impact my mind, body and spirit and it made me feel like I had some control over my life again. I started using essential oils, herbal teas, natural shakes, guided meditation, Reiki, aroma touch and massage became my calm in the storm . My favorite thing has become herbals teas and warm baths so I have combined this for an amazing bath experience for your mind, body and spirit. As of 9/14/2019 I make herbal bath soaks for hydrotherapy benefits, lemon head face and neck oil the ultimate skin regimen for Anti aging and skin complexion. I found such value in touch therapy that I left a secure job of 10 years to follow this new path that has been so deeply embedded in my heart to share and be connected through touch so I sought out to be a Certified Reiki Practitioner and to add more modalities of healing I’m currently enrolled in massage school. I now offer Reiki sessions. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and well-being. Reiki is a great modality to any age and any illness as it is non-invasive and can be done with with light touch or no touch. It is truly my favorite modality to give and receive.
