At STAR, our mission is to provide optimal management for musculoskeletal injuries and disorders. We strive to offer high quality, comprehensive, patient-centered care in a friendly atmosphere. We partner with patients to facilitate healing and restore function, helping them to help themselves move forward in life. Our philosophy on patient care is based upon an active approach to the rehabilitation of orthopedic conditions. We provide one-on-one care and maintain that our patients work with the same therapist at each session.

The holidays can be a busy, stressful, and sometimes overwhelming time for some which is why it is so important to take a moment to reflect on all the things in your life you have to be thankful for. Help us approach this holiday season with gratitude by sharing what YOU are thankful for!
We have a submission box in our waiting room all November. We encourage patients, members, and staff to stop in to submit an in person note or message us through our page. Help us spread love and joy this holiday season by telling us some of the things YOU have to be thankful for. We will post the submissions here on Thursdays each week :)

It's the season of GIVING. We will be collecting donations for the Perinton Food Shelf in our lobby from now until Wednesday, Dec 24th. The Perinton Food Shelf does tremendous work in battling food insecurity in our area. ❤️

Sam has been part of the STAR team since June of 2024. He enjoys treating a wide range of orthopedic injuries, including shoulder and back pain. Sam emphasizes a holistic approach to patient care, developing personalized treatment plans that promote long-term health and wellness.
