That’s a wrap on our OG location. While we are absolutely devastated to say goodbye we are so grateful to be continuing on under one larger roof in Westlake!

Change is hard, we know the community is going to be missing this space very much as well! We had initially planned to hold onto the space and turn it into something new, but those plans are no longer coming to fruition. It’s time to simplify, slow down and be able to spend time with our son, Charlie and our sassy newfy Penny!

Witnessing my parents work themselves to death is not a journey I’d like to repeat—i would have loved to start a new business venture but its not the right time. This new chapter will bring more connection, intention and alignment—honing in on what we do best—and making sure we are being of service to the community but also to ourselves. As a woman and a mom, it’s very easy to overextend myself and I am not going to keep falling into that trap.

This space will always hold a special spot in our hearts—Tyler and I were 27 when we got the keys and built it from the ground up. We had one year under our belts before Covid hit and rocked our world—we shifted, got creative and scrappy to keep things going. We grew the community with the help of our talented and dedicated team. 7 years of every ounce of time; money, heart and determination went into this space. I am proud of the work we have done here, the thousands of people we have served in our mission of transforming grief into resilience. So many friendships have blossomed and will continue to bloom. How lucky are we to have shared this time together in this perfect, dreamy place.

Now we have a baby and another beautiful, larger studio where we can serve even more people with our mission.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us along the way! We are so grateful 🫶

Right now this feels super tender and is really pulling at our hearts, but we are hoping soon that it feels like a giant exhale.🙏🏻💚

Anjali Mudra, often called Prayer Hands, is a simple yet powerful gesture that symbolizes balance, gratitude, and connection. You’ve likely used it at the beginning or end of class, but it can be practiced anytime as a grounding reminder to return to yourself.

✨ How to Practice:
Press your palms together at your heart center, fingers pointing upward. Soften your shoulders, lengthen your spine, and take a few slow breaths.

💫 Benefits:
• Brings calm and focus to the mind
• Balances the right and left sides of the body
• Encourages a sense of peace, humility, and gratitude
• Helps you connect intention with action

Virabhadrasana III - Warrior 3

Find your balance, build your strength, and focus your mind.

Virabhadrasana III is a powerful balancing pose that strengthens the legs, core, and back while improving focus and stability. It teaches us how to root down and rise up — embodying strength through stillness and grace through effort.

Benefits:
✨ Builds strength in legs, glutes, and core
✨ Improves balance and posture
✨ Increases focus and body awareness
✨ Boosts confidence and resilience

How to Practice:
• Begin in Warrior I or standing tall in Mountain Pose.
• Shift your weight onto your front foot as you hinge forward from the hips.
• Extend your back leg straight behind you and reach your arms forward or to heart center.
• Keep your hips level and engage your core for stability.

Options:
• Keep fingertips on blocks or hands on hips for more balance support.
• Bend the standing leg slightly to protect the knee.
• Use a wall for support — press your foot or hands gently against it.
• Move in and out of the pose slowly — try “airplane taps,” where you lower and lift the back foot a few times to build strength and balance gradually.
