This bill is not trying to force CVS to close. It’s trying to force them to not own pharmacies AND the insurance company. This would allow people to get their prescriptions at any pharmacy and insurance would have to pay for it. Don’t let the commercials PAID FOR BY CVS scare you

‼️As of right now, Tucker Pharmacy has no power. With no power, we are unable to open. This is subject to change, but as of now Tucker Pharmacy will be CLOSED Monday, January 26th.‼️

I will be posting any updates to our hours on this post. While we’re hopeful to stay open for our patients, we will not be risking any of our employees unnecessarily. We’re keeping a close eye on the weather and will update here if any changes to our hours need to be made. Thanks for choosing us for your pharmacy needs, and just know we’re doing our very best to make it work this weekend!
Please be prepared and plan accordingly to get prescriptions and any other needs before the snow.
