💙 April is Child Abuse Prevention Month—a time to come together as a community to protect and support our children.

Every child deserves a safe, healthy, and nurturing environment. By staying aware, speaking up, and supporting families, we can all play a role in prevention.
If you see something that doesn’t feel right, trust your instincts and take action.

📞 If you suspect child abuse or neglect, contact the Oklahoma Child Abuse Hotline (24/7): 1-800-522-3511
If a child is in immediate danger, call 911.

You don’t have to be certain—just concerned. Reporting in good faith can help connect families to the support and resources they need.

Looking for support? Programs like parentPRO offer free resources to help families build strong, healthy homes.

💙 Together, we can make a difference in the lives of children in our community

• Create a quiet, comfortable sleep environment

Getting enough sleep is one of the most important things you can do for your health.

Quality sleep supports many essential functions in the body, including heart health, immune system strength, and mental well-being.

Adults generally need 7–9 hours of sleep each night to stay healthy.

Benefits of good sleep include:

• Improved concentration and memory
• Better mood and emotional balance
• Reduced risk of chronic conditions
• More energy throughout the day

With Daylight Savings changes, it’s a great time to take a closer look at your sleep habits and make small changes that can improve your overall health.
