We're Fierce Ferments, out of Falcon Heights, MN, and we make probiotic-rich, gut-healing raw vegetable ferments, including:

ANNOUNCEMENT:
As you can probably tell by the complete lack of activity on this page, our founders Galen, Nick, and Mike have been mostly putting their energies elsewhere lately. Fortunately, the company just got an infusion of fresh blood, as Greg Nordling will be taking ownership of our operations effective immediately! Our delicious local meats pairing night starts now! We have mini meat apps from Mossycup Farms, JÓIA FOOD FARM, and Niman Ranch, as well as extras from Twisted River Farm and Fierce Ferments. All the goodies from tonight can be found at Simply Nourished in Clear Lake.

As always, keep the kraut pressed down into its juices for best quality! Oh, and that 3-digit number next to the date? That's the batch number, not the price. ;)
