I am hearing from lots of people that their anger and anxiety are higher than usual the last couple weeks. I have been experiencing it as well. I am so in it that I didn't even notice i wasn't do the things I normally would to ground and find peace in the storm.
Are you experiencing this too? What are you doing to calm your nerves?

First of the month of the new year feels like a great time to do a good clearing/reset. A little spring cleaning, open a window, simmer pot or smoke cleanse, blow cinnamon through the front door and say a little affirmation. Maybe set a few intentions or resolutions.
What are you feeling called to do? Or are you not feeling any pull to do anything?

Forcing yourself to celebrate today and tomorrow? Forcing new years resolutions? Did you know the second Friday in January is called quitters day?
Why fight it? I stopped participating in societies push to celebrate the new year in the middle of winter a couple years ago. I haven't failed a new years resolution since. I celebrate the new year during spring equinox, when all things start coming back to life. Want to skip quitters day this year? Maybe try holding off the resolutions and celebrations for when the year is really getting started
