The Freedom Flight:
1. Imagine you have the ability to fly ποΈ Let the wind take you high, high above the ground.
2. Look down at the situation
3. From up here, you can see new angles and possibilities you couldn't see before. You are free of it all.
Letting your mind float away for just 8 minutes gives you the freedom to rest and receive new ideas. Once the mind is calm, the answers become clear.
After your flight, look at all the new perspectives you gathered. Then, apply the final step to make a conscious choice: FEEL β‘οΈ THINKβ‘οΈ ACT (Don't just react!) You have the wings. Now, fly ποΈ
