💜 Walk to Remember 💜
Join us as we walk in remembrance of those we’ve lost to Alzheimer’s — and to honor the strength, love, and memories they’ve left behind.

🕯️ In a beautiful tribute, illuminarias will line the path, each one bearing the name of someone we hold close in our hearts. Together, we’ll light the way with hope, compassion, and remembrance.

🌳 Community Involvement at Its Best! 🌳

It was a wonderful day of community involvement for all of us here at Gulf Shores Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center! We had the honor of joining BHOLD and H-E-B for the Trees for Texans event, where we helped plant trees and plants to beautify the Ricardo S. Lopez Walking Park Trail — right here in our hometown of Falfurrias, Texas.

We’re so proud to be part of efforts that help make our community greener and more beautiful for everyone to enjoy! 💚🌱

🌮🧀 Happy National Nacho Day from Gulf Shores Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center! 🧀🌮

Today our residents celebrated National Nacho Day in the tastiest way possible — delicious cheese nachos!

Laughter, good company, and great food made this afternoon extra special. Our residents truly enjoyed every bite and the time spent together! 💛

A big thank-you to our wonderful staff for putting together this fun and flavorful celebration for our residents. It’s the little moments like these that make life at Gulf Shores Rehabilitation Center so special! 🌟

🎃👻 Spreading Halloween Joy at Lasater Elementary School! 👻🎃

We had an absolute blast attending Lasater Elementary School in Falfurrias to help bring smiles, laughter, and Halloween fun to the students with a little trick-or-treat celebration! 🍬🕸️ The joy and excitement on the children’s faces made this day truly unforgettable! 💜✨

A huge thank you to our wonderful community for coming together to make this event so special. Your support and participation help us continue to spread happiness and connection beyond our walls. 💕

And a very special shoutout to our amazing Activity Director, Claudia Mangel, for representing Gulf Shores Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center with such enthusiasm and dedication. Your hard work and community spirit shine bright every day! 🌟

🎃 Our last Trunk-or-Treat of the year was such a success!
We had an amazing time celebrating with the wonderful community of Riviera, Texas. A huge thank-you to our Area Director of Business Development, Joey, for helping our Director of Business Development, Victoria, represent Gulf Shores Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center so well.

💛 A special thank-you to Judge Chris Lee for putting together such a fun and successful community event! And to Pete Guevara, Rivera ISD School Board Member, for volunteering his time, and to help us give out treats!

🎃👻 Halloween Fun at Gulf Shores Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center! 👻🎃

Our residents had a spooktacular time getting creative during our Halloween Arts & Crafts activity! 🖌️✨ They designed and decorated their very own Halloween masks — from spooky to silly, each one was full of personality and festive spirit. 🕸️🎭

After all that creativity, everyone enjoyed a sweet treat — delicious cupcakes that made the afternoon even more delightful! 🧁😋

It was a wonderful day filled with laughter, smiles, and a little Halloween magic. 🧙‍♀️💜

🎨👻 Arts & Crafts Fun at Gulf Shores Rehabilitation and Health Care Center! 👻🎨

Our residents let their creativity shine during our spooky Halloween arts and crafts session! 🕷️🏠🧙‍♀️ From haunted houses to creepy spiders and whimsical witches, everyone got into the Halloween spirit and had an absolute blast creating their masterpieces.

We love seeing the joy and imagination that fills our halls during activities like these — it’s what makes our community so special! 💜🎃

We had an amazing time celebrating our annual Fall Festival surrounded by laughter, music, and the warmth of our incredible community! 🌻🎃

A huge thank you to everyone who came out and made this event so special — your support means the world to our residents and staff. We’d especially like to recognize the Falfurrias Police Department, Altus Hospice, NSCL, and Med Team Hebronville, Rebeccas Restaurant, First Home Health, Vas Care, Frank Alvarado City Alderman, United Home Care and Falfurrias Fire Department for your presence and contributions. Your partnership helps make our events unforgettable! 🙌

From festive games and delicious treats to smiling faces all around, it was truly a day filled with joy, connection, and community spirit. 💛
