As we celebrate this weekend, remember where our freedom to celebrate came from…. many lives have been lost for this great land we were fortunate to born in and we take for granted the rights those men and women fought for us to have. Happy Mother’s Day to all who have loved and helped raise children whether they were born to you or brought to you by other means. Being a Mother is the most important job assigned to us. God entrust us with His child for such a short time. I am so thankful for the three blessings He gave me to raise and the wonderful Mother, Mother-in-law, Grandmothers and Aunts He provided in my life who all helped to raise and influence who I am today.

Just want to give everyone an update on my Moma, Brenda Shea. She is having some pretty good days. Granted our definition of “good days” has changed. Currently it means she will eat a few bites a day and drink a few sips every 15-30 minutes to combat dehydration and she isn’t in pain. For these things we are thankful!! Please keep her in your prayers! I continue to be out of the office at this time so that I can help with her care.
